OUR STORY

“Kaya”, a Tagalog/Filipino word translated to English can mean a number of things. For one, it means, capable, which means that someone is capable of doing something. To some, it could be an answer to the question of whether they are able to do something and the response would be “Kaya!”, which means, “Yes, I can”. Or, in general, “Kaya” can also be uttered by someone who has a can do attitude and is ready to give it a go.

Kaya Services, started in November 2017 and is the brainchild of its Australian – FIlipino founders Yona and Patrick. Although both were born and raised in Australia, their heritage traces back to the Philippines, which happens to be home to the most skilled and industrious remote workers. As both have solid backgrounds in the technology and tertiary education sector, they saw a need and at the same time, an opportunity to bring both worlds together.

As the number of entrepreneurs and small-medium business owners continually rise in Australia, so does the need for top talent who can help them manage their business from the back end, so they can focus on growing their businesses. Thus the birth of Kaya Services.

Kaya Services is a team of top remote FIlipino workers based in Manila, who specialise in administrative work. Kaya aims to help business owners maximise their time and improve efficiency by outsourcing operational and day-to-day activities such as data entry, file maintenance, and administration.
